What Does ‘Sustainable Menswear’ Actually Mean?

We are on a mission to change the face of fashion by building a platform where people across the UK can source high quality clothing from the coolest brands - without harming our environment, our planet or our communities.

But to be effective, our sustainable credentials need to be measured and held to account every single day. That is why we only stock brands who commit to our strict sustainable and ethical production Pledges.

Our Sustainability Pledges

Plastic

We do not stock any products containing virgin plastic. Every item in our range is made from recycled (plastic, cotton), organic (hemp, bamboo, linen), natural (wool) and regenerative (TENCEL) materials.

People

All STIX listed brands use suppliers that pay workers a living wage, are treated fairly and work in a safe environment.

Price

Sounds like a strange one, but we will never engage in a race to the bottom. Our prices will always be fair to everyone involved: our customers, our suppliers and producers - to ensure both product quality and ethical production practices are preserved.

Progress

Our ambition is to become a fully circular business - fully offsetting all emissions and using 100% renewable energy in production. We aren’t there yet, but we are committed to getting better every single day.

We promise to be 100% transparent about why our range is more sustainable than the high street alternatives and also the areas that we can improve.

Finally, we promise to keep you updated on our progress and the steps we are taking to do better. Our Pledges may evolve along the way, but they will only ever become more ambitious and will only ever seek to push our mission further forward.
