We hope you love your purchase from one of our amazing brands. Returning an item sucks for the environment so please read this carefully before purchasing anything from Stix, and please consider as best as you can if you really want an item before buying from us.
We understand though that despite our best intentions sometimes an item just won't be right or just does not fit. Here's how to return an item if that's the case.
How Do I request a Return?
Stix is a multi-brand marketplace, and everyone of our brands has a slightly different system and way of doing things. So please contact returns@stixstudios.com and we'll let you know how to return an item.
How Long do I have to Request a Return?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a Return.
Cost of Return
Everyone of our brands has different policies. Some offer free Returns, others do not. Below is our brands policies:
Komodo - customer pays for return
Neem - free return
Goose Studio's - free return
If the item is Faulty, then it will be the brand's responsibility to pay for the return.
In what condition will you accept Returns?
All items returned must be in their original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with original labels. Our suppliers cannot accept any items that fail to meet this.
Due to hygiene reasons underwear and socks can only be returned in case of a faulty product.
When will I get my Return?
We always aim to refund you as soon as we can, once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by the supplier.
We will refund your money within 14 working days of the receipt of the returned goods in a saleable condition.
