SMALL to fit: Chest 91-96.5cm (38”) / Waist 76-79cm (30")
MEDIUM to fit: Chest 97-101.5cm (40”) / Waist 81-84cm (32")
LARGE to fit: Chest 102-106.5cm (42”) / Waist 86-89cm (34")
X-LARGE to fit: Chest 107-111.5cm (44”) / Waist 91-97cm (36")

All items are shipped directly from our brands. If you buy items from multiple brands, each will be shipped separately.
Shipping Fees
Each of our brands has a different shipping policy:
Komodo - Orders over £50 free
Goose Studio - Orders over £50 free
Neem - £3.50 delivery fee on all orders
Rewound - Orders over £100 free
Delivery Times
This is a rough guide, but all our brands will usually ship your items within 2 - 5 working days of you ordering. If they face any issues with this though we will let you know immediately!

Right now we are only servicing customers in the UK. Brexit has sadly made everything very complicated! But we are working on that.
We hope you love your purchase from one of our amazing brands. Returning an item sucks for the environment so please read this carefully before purchasing anything from Stix, and please consider as best as you can if you really want an item before buying from us.
We understand though that despite our best intentions sometimes an item just won't be right or just does not fit. Here's how to return an item if that's the case.
How Do I request a Return?
Stix is a multi-brand marketplace, and everyone of our brands has a slightly different system and way of doing things. So please contact returns@stixstudios.com and we'll let you know how to return an item.
How Long do I have to Request a Return?
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a Return.
Cost of Return
Everyone of our brands has different policies. Some offer free Returns, others do not. Below is our brands policies:
Neem - free returns
Goose Studios - free returns
Rewound - free returns
Hexed - free returns
Komodo - you pay for returns
If the item is faulty, then it will be the brand's responsibility to pay for the return.
In what condition will you accept Returns?
All items returned must be in their original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed and with the original labels (and ideally the original packaging). Our suppliers cannot accept any items that fail to meet this.
When will I get my Return?
We always aim to refund you as soon as we can, once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by the supplier.
It will take max 14 working days of the receipt of the returned goods in a saleable condition for us to refund you, but we usually can process it much faster than that!
